Refund and Returns Policy
At Bowl Therapy, your satisfaction is important to us. We prepare each order with care to ensure you receive the best quality bowls, desserts, and healthy treats. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have a specific policy for refunds and returns.
1. No Returns Policy
As our products are freshly prepared and perishable, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds or replacements may be offered only in the following situations:
- You received the wrong item.
- The product was damaged or spilled during delivery.
- The order was not delivered due to an error on our side.
3. Refund Process
- To request a refund, you must contact us within 2 hours of delivery with order details and supporting photos (if applicable).
- Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be credited within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
4. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of placing the order, provided preparation has not started.
- Once the food preparation has begun, cancellations are not possible.
5. Mode of Refund
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (e.g., UPI, credit/debit card, net banking).
- COD Orders: Eligible refunds (if approved) will be issued via bank transfer or digital wallet within 7 business days.
6. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind or dislike of taste after delivery.
- Delay caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer.
- Delays caused by third-party delivery partners due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., traffic, weather).
