Shipping Policy

At Bowl Therapy, every order is freshly prepared to ensure maximum taste and nutrition. Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 30–60 minutes of being placed (Monday – Sunday). Delivery times vary depending on the delivery location, but most orders are delivered within 1–3 hours in serviceable areas.

You will receive delivery updates via your registered email or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

Undelivered Items

If your order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, unreachable contact number, or repeated missed delivery attempts, it will be returned to us. In such cases:

• Prepaid Orders – You may request a re-delivery (delivery charges may apply) or receive store credit valid for 30 days.
• Cash on Delivery Orders – The package will be canceled and marked as undelivered.
